Marcelo Bielsa is more popular than even Leeds United fans realise…

If you thought Leeds United fans loved Marcelo Bielsa, then that’s probably only a fraction of the love for him in his native Argentina.
Bielsa has become an Elland Road hero after challenging for promotion this season, and he will be hoping to take Leeds up to the Premier League via the Championship play-offs.
The cult of Bielsa has only grown this season, especially as he has restored his star power having flopped disastrously at Lille last season.
A number of Leeds fans have got images Bielsa tattooed on them over the course of the season, but now a player has followed suit.
Midfielder Lucho Gonzalez may be a familiar name to many from his days with Porto and Marseille, whilst he also played for Argentina at the 2006 World Cup in Germany.

Gonzalez was coached by Bielsa at the 2004 Olympic Games, and at 38, he’s seemingly decided now is the right time to show his love for the Leeds boss.
Ole have released a photo of Gonzalez’s tattoo, with a caricature of Bielsa on his arm. If Leeds win promotion, don’t be surprised if a host of fans follow suit.
