Perez has been linked with a move from Arsenal to West Ham.

West Ham United are reportedly nearing the signing of Arsenal striker Lucas Perez before Thursday’s deadline, and the Spaniard’s agent has told Italian outlet CalcioMercato that a deal could indeed be completed.
The Sun (August 6, page 50) claims the 29-year-old could complete a move to West Ham on Monday, with a fee of £5million expected to be paid for the former Deportivo La Coruna forward.
Perez has struggled at Arsenal and only managed 21 appearances in his first season after joining in the summer of 2016, before Arsene Wenger ushered him out on loan last season – returning to former club Deportivo.
Perez’s agent Rodrigo Lovelle has now added fuel to the fire by telling CalcioMercato that a move to West Ham seems like a real possibility, suggesting that the striker wants to remain in the capital.
“West Ham is an option, he might leave [Arsenal],” Lovelle said. “West Ham keeps him in London and in the Premier League, and they are a great club.”

Perez has been linked to multiple clubs throughout the summer, including Sporting Lisbon, Lazio, Frosinone, Fiorentina and even Premier League outfit Newcastle United.
West Ham have plenty of options up front in Andy Carroll, Javier Hernandez and Jordan Hugill, but it seems as though Manuel Pellegrini wants another striker that could indeed be Perez.
