The Tottenham Hotspur ace has only shown glimpses of his true potential.

Tottenham ace Lucas Moura addressed the media yesterday, ahead of his side’s Champions League clash with Ajax tonight, and highlighted the two main reasons why he decided to join the north London club from PSG in January 2018, as quoted by the London Evening Standard.
Despite not playing as regularly as he would have liked, the 26-year-old has impressed in spurts, and has chalked up 13 goals and six assists in 55 appearances in all competitions thus far for Spurs.
Tottenham paid £23 million for the Brazilian, according to BBC Sport, so they will surely be expecting to see more from the pacey winger over the next few years.
Lucas will surely be expecting more of himself too, but he really does need to play more in order to flourish.
The former PSG man shared with reporters the two main reasons why he chose to join Spurs 15 moths ago, as quoted by the London Evening Standard:

“I joined Tottenham [in January last year] because I believed in this project. When I saw the structure of the club and the stadium project, I believed it would be very good for me. I understood the ambition of the club.”
Having ambition is all well and good, but the 26-year-old will surely be hoping for more game-time over the course of the next year or so, if he is to showcase his true ability.
When he’s on, Moura is a fantastic player, and he could go on to become a real asset for Tottenham, if given the chance.
