Aston Villa fans have reacted on Twitter to Jack Grealish training in a park with his teammates on Sunday.
The 25-year-old is officially due back in Villa training on Monday, where he will seemingly hold showdown talks about his future at the club amid interest from Manchester City.
But yesterday, video footage and various images were circulating on social media of the expert ball-carrier in Villa’s new training gear.
In some images, he was seen alongside his England teammate, Tyrone Mings, but in one video, he was seen taking shots at Matty Cash who was in goal.
It’s pretty clear that Villa supporters want their star man to stay on board because losing him would be a body blow to the club.
But amid all the speculation, when Villa fans saw him in the club’s new gear, it did provide them with a lift.
A possible deal with Manchester City hasn’t been concluded yet, so he is just reporting back for duty as he normally would do.
Either way, Villa supporters are trying to see the positive about him possibly staying put and shocking the world by signing a new contract.
If that were to happen then it would be a surprise and lift the club ahead of the new season.
But if he leaves then the Midlands outfit need to get their act together pretty quickly because it won’t be too long before they are locking horns with Watford for their Premier League opener.
