Crystal Palace fans have taken to Twitter to react after footage emerged of Patrick Vieira and Wilfried Zaha sharing a laugh in training.
What’s the story?
Well, the club posted a video of Michael Olise, Odsonne Edouard and Will Hughes in training for the first time.
In the video, Vieira can be seen marking Zaha in a finishing drill, where the Ivorian is tasked with shaking the Frenchman off and finishing his chance.
Both have huge smiles on their face, before the Crystal Palace talisman then tries to nutmeg his manager which sees them break out into laughter.
You can see the video below.
After a tough few years under Roy Hodgson, in which Zaha openly expressed a desire to leave, it’s great to see him smiling.
Patrick Vieira will be great for Wilfried Zaha at Crystal Palace

As much as he loves the Eagles, Zaha grew up an Arsenal fan.
So, it must be pretty special for the 28-year-old to be working alongside a Gunners legend in Vieira.
Additionally, Vieira’s style of play is far more attack-minded than Hodgson’s was, which should suit Zaha down to the ground.

In our view, his frustration stemmed from barely having any chances to attack under the 74-year-old, as the south Londoners sleepwalked through games.
Now, a more possession-based approach should rejuvenate Zaha, as will the added quality around him in Edouard, Olise and Eberechi Eze.
For now, let’s see what the Crystal Palace fans on Twitter have been saying about the 22-second footage…
