Tottenham Hotspur fans have praised Heung-Min Son’s attitude after he was seen urging Gareth Bale and teammates to stop celebrating after he scored the first goal last night.
Bale curled in a beauty to draw Tottenham level against Southampton, but Son was clearly not happy to stop there.
With momentum on Tottenham’s side, Son rushed in and broke up Bale’s celebration to encourage his teammates back to the halfway line.
Son’s ambition paid off in the end, as the South Korean netted the winner from the penalty spot.
And Tottenham fans have quickly praised Son for his desire to collect the three points.
Son is actually said to have been one of the Tottenham players who was left ‘upset’ by Jose Mourinho’s departure by the Telegraph.
However, any disappointment was not evident yesterday, as he helped Tottenham to victory.
Son was a constant menace in the second-half, as Spurs turned things around and came from behind to secure an important three points.
