West Ham are reportedly in talks to bring Anderson to the London Stadium

Lazio president Claudio Lotito has told Italian website Corriere Dello Sport that the Serie A giants do not need to sell any of their star players – as West Ham reportedly remain in talks to sign Felipe Anderson.

The report claims West Ham will have to pay another £4.4million to land Anderson and Lukaku, with Brazilian winger Anderson being constantly linked with a move to east London.

Lotito has now sent a warning to West Ham, stating that they are under no pressure to sell their first-team stars this summer, suggesting that he will not be tempted to stray from his asking price.
“Lazio does not need to sell to buy, almost all of our players are hungry on a European level, but if a player wants to leave, he has to find the consensus of the company. and we were the colonies of other societies,” Lotito said.
“For those who want a player from Lazio, the door will only open under the conditions that I say. If people do not have the money they can not buy.”

Anderson has been long linked with the Hammers, after another strong season in Serie A for the one-time Brazil international – scoring eight goals and laying on 10 assists for the Italians.
Lazio’s number 10 has two years remaining on his current contract with some reports suggesting that he is using West Ham’s interest to gain a new contract at Lazio.
