Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are London rivals.

During the show, while analysing a team’s performance, the former Tottenham chairman took at a dig at West Ham’s trophy cabinet.
Lord Sugar suggested that the team who had to decorate a hotel room at the Stoke Park Hotel should have spent more money on the furniture than they did.
While doing so, the former Spurs chairman said: “I think it’s a little bit bare. You didn’t spend enough money actually. I think West Ham’s trophy room has got more in it.”
West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady, Lord Sugar’s advisor, was sitting next to him when he made the remark in jest.

It was friendly banter from Lord Sugar, who must himself know that Tottenham have not been successful in winning trophies for years, just like West Ham.
Spurs, though, are in a better position to win major silverware in the coming years and also have a much better team.
The North London outfit have established themselves as genuine challengers for the Premier League title, while West Ham may not even end up in the top 10 of the league table this season.
