Lord Sugar has reacted to Tottenham Hotspur’s win over Newcastle United on Twitter tonight.

Jose Mourinho’s side made it back-to-back wins by beating the Magpies 3-1 at St James’s Park.

Son Heung-min opened the scoring to give Tottenham a 1-0 lead at the break, before a second-half brace from Harry Kane, after Matt Ritchie equalised for Newcastle, saw the North Londoners take all three points.

Spurs beat local rivals Arsenal 2-1 this past weekend and they look like they’re improving under the Portuguese coach.

Here’s what the former Lilywhites chairman and billionaire businessman wrote on Twitter:

It’s been a pretty ropey month for Tottenham in terms of results and this is the first time they’ve won a couple of games in succession since football resumed in June.

The drab 0-0 draw at Bournemouth last week seems to have been a turning point, with that performance particularly terrible.

But winning the North London derby, coupled with this win, indicates Mourinho has his players back on side.
