Lord Sugar has responded to a Tottenham Hotspur fan on Twitter when asked to return to Spurs.
A Tottenham fan has asked Lord Sugar to come back to the North London club.
The English businessman bought Tottenham in 1991 and was involved with the North London club until 2007 (he sold his majority stake to ENIC in 2001).
However, the 74-year-old former Spurs chairman has made it clear that he does not plan to go back to Tottenham in any capacity.
Lord Sugar was not very popular among the Tottenham fans when he was at the club.
Spurs were not particularly successful as a team on the pitch under the Englishman.
While one particular Tottenham fan wants the Englishman to come back, as we can see above, it is hard to see a lot of the supporters wishing that he was still at the club.
ENIC and Spurs chairman Daniel Levy are not particularly popular at the moment, but the club have been successful under their stewardship.
Spurs came close to winning the Premier League title not so long ago.
The North London outfit also reached the final of the Champions League in 2019.
Tottenham have one of the best stadiums in the world as well.
The structure and foundations of Spurs are solid now.
What Tottenham need now is a manager who will be allowed to build a strong team.
