Spurs got the better of Bournemouth 4-1 away from home at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
Although the Cherries took the lead after just seven minutes, the North London outfit launched a strong comeback and picked up all three points from the encounter.
Son Heung-min was the star of the show, as the South Korea international attacker scored twice for the visiting team.
The win against Bournemouth saw Tottenham bounce back from their defeat to Juventus in the Champions League in midweek.
Former Tottenham chairman Lord Sugar was following the match, and he was impressed with the performance of Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
The result against Bournemouth means that Spurs are now third in the Premier League table with 61 points from 30 matches, just four points behind second-placed Manchester United.
Tottenham can certainly finish second in the league this season.
