Tottenham Hotspur’s win against Borussia Dortmund means that Mauricio Pochettino’s side have progressed to the last-16 stage of the Champions League as group winners.
Lord Sugar has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Tottenham Hotspur’s win against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
Tottenham got the better of Dortmund 2-1 away from home in Germany in Group H on Tuesday evening.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang put the German club in the lead just past the half-hour mark, but goals from Harry Kane and Son Heung-min in the second period saw Spurs pick up all three points from the encounter.
The win against Dortmund means that Mauricio Pochettino’s side are at the top of Group H with 13 points from five matches, three points clear of second-placed Real Madrid.
Spurs have secured the top spot in the group and will feature in the last-16 stage of the Champions League this season as group winners.
Former Tottenham chairman Lord Sugar has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the win for Pochettino’s side, and so have ex-Spurs stars Osvaldo Ardiles and Micky Hazard.
