Tottenham drew 1-1 away at Arsenal in the Premier League this afternoon.
Tottenham hero Graham Roberts and former Spurs chairman Lord Sugar have taken to Twitter to comment on Harry Kane’s performance against Arsenal.
Spurs made the short trip across North London earlier today as they travelled to take on fierce rivals Arsenal, and having failed to win any of their last six games in all competitions, Tottenham desperately needed a result.

After a bright start to the game, Spurs fell behind when defender Kevin Wimmer planted a header into his own goal, but Mauricio Pochettino’s saviour proved to be striker Harry Kane.
The 23-year-old attacker had been out for over six weeks having suffered an ankle injury against Sunderland back in September, and whilst he was expected to be fit to be on the bench against Arsenal, he was surprisingly thrown into the starting line-up.

Having played absolutely no football for almost two months, Kane was a little rusty, but showed his confidence hasn’t been knocked as he stepped up to score a penalty after Laurent Koscielny’s foul on Moussa Dembele.
That proved to be the equaliser, and Kane will be delighted to have made a goalscoring return to action, and can use the international break to get himself back up to speed ahead of Tottenham’s clash against West Ham in two weeks.

After the game, Spurs hero Graham Roberts took to Twitter to celebrate Kane’s return, admitting it was great to see him make his comeback with a goal ahead of the international break.
Former Tottenham chairman Lord Sugar felt that Kane ‘did ok’ in his 70 minutes on the pitch considering that he has been out for a while, and added that the England ace proved him wrong by being able to start the game, and Spurs also proved him wrong by maintaining their unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
