Lord Sugar has stated on social networking site Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane did not play well against Manchester United on Saturday evening.

Kane featured for Tottenham in the FA Cup semi-final tie against Premier League rivals United at the Wembley Stadium in London.

The 24-year-old striker started the game and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Mauricio Pochettino’s side lost 2-1.

The England international had a quiet game, and former Tottenham chairman Lord Sugar made that observation on Twitter.

Lord Sugar has also predicted that Chelsea will catch up with Spurs for the fourth and final Champions League spot.

Spurs are fourth in the Premier League table at the moment with 68 points from 34 matches, five points above fifth-placed and London rivals Chelsea.

Tottenham’s performance against United, especially in the second half, was not great, and fans will be bitterly disappointed with the final result.

However, Spurs have bounced back from defeats this season, and they should be able to clinch a place in the top four of the Premier League this season.
