
Even Leicester City fans have been impressed by Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane’s display yesterday.
Kane hit the back of the net twice as Tottenham beat Leicester 3-0, and the England captain appeared to be back to his very best.
Kane scored with two excellent finishes, and ultimately proved far too difficult for the Leicester defence to handle.
The Foxes were down to the bare bones, with Ryan Bennett and Wes Morgan both having to step into their backline.
And even Leicester fans admitted that Kane tormented their centre-backs yesterday.
Kane’s display for Tottenham was arguably his best since the restart, with the 26-year-old now claiming four goals in his last two outings.
Kane’s goalscoring made the headlines, but he also showcased his passing ability, as he linked with brilliantly with his Tottenham teammates.
Spurs are now in sixth place in the Premier League table, as they push for a Europa League spot.
