Some Wolves fans on social media have been raving over the performance of Nelson Semedo against Leeds.
The Portuguese full-back put in arguably his best performance to date in a Wolves shirt against the Whites, and fans were quick to give him praise on social media.
Semedo may be a defender, but on Friday evening he was arguably Wolves’ greatest attacking threat, getting three shots off, with all of those efforts being on target, while he also made two key passes.
Of course, he also made a number of defensive contributions, making three tackles and making two clearances.
The right-back had big shoes to fill when he arrived to replace Matt Doherty this summer, and while he hasn’t quite provided the same level of attacking threat as the Irishman, Semedo looks to be constantly improving.
Fans were quick to comment on how he seems to be getting better with each passing week, and we can only hope that he continues to show why he was on Barcelona’s books before joining Wolves.
