West Ham United’s U23s lost 2-1 to Leicester on Monday evening, but that doesn’t mean there weren’t a few strong performances to dissect.

Indeed, while the Hammers were on the wrong end of the scoreline, results at this level often aren’t as important as the performances, and it’s fair to say one of the Hammers’ brightest prospects impressed in this game.

Armstrong Okoflex once again got on the scoresheet for the London club’s youth outfit, and as you can imagine, his goal got fans talking.

The 19-year-old has been in scintillating form this season, he’s netted five goals in eight appearances in the PL2, and that’s inevitably led to fans calling for him to get a first-team chance.

Another goal this week has only added fuel to that fire, and fans online have been full of praise for this young man.

Here’s what West Ham supporters have been saying about this teenage up-and-comer…
