Speaking on the Match of the Day Top 10 Podcast, Micah Richards has sensationally tipped Tottenham’s Harry Kane for a move to Chelsea.
It’s no secret that Kane could be on the move this summer, and Richards believes that he’ll join either Manchester United or Chelsea.

Richards says that Kane could emulate Sol Campbell by making a shocking switch from Spurs to one of their London rivals.
“It’s difficult, but I think he’ll end up at Man United to be honest, 100 per cent. I think they’ll pay the money, either them or Chelsea depending on what happens with Haaland,” Richards
“You can’t go from Tottenham to Chelsea!” Lineker remarked.
Richards believes that swapping Spurs for another London club is a divide that Kane could cross due to his desire to win trophies.
“You can, look at what Sol did, Sol did that on a free transfer and he didn’t even make Alan’s number one! When trophies start calling it’s hard.”
Fans would hate it
Tottenham fans would undoubtedly be absolutely fuming if Kane swapped Spurs for Chelsea.
It’s not the same as Sol Campbell swapping Spurs for Arsenal on a free transfer, but it’s not far off, and look at how Tottenham fans reacted to that move.
Kane is a Spurs legend, so it’s hard to see him making a move that would aggravate supporters like this, but as Campbell’s move to Arsenal showed us all those years ago, you can never say never.
