Aston Villa fans have reacted to the rumours that Castore could become their kit sponsor for next season.
Footy Headlines have claimed that Castore will continue their expansion and venture their ways towards the Midlands and at Villa Park.
They are already suppliers for Premier League duo Newcastle and Wolves, including a certain Rangers in the Scottish Premiership.
But now it seems as though Villa could be added to that list next summer.
Kappa’s logo is currently on Villa’s shirt, and in truth, fans haven’t been too overly excited by the types of kits they have produced.
Perhaps the away kit this season has been more popular than the home kit.
But with these new rumours emerging, the Villa faithful still aren’t happy and just want a sponsor that can provide them with something worthwhile.
The last time that probably happened was during Villa’s promotion season.
In truth, that’s something that’s never going to be matched again because Villa had a boyhood captaining their club in Jack Grealish.
They had a boyhood fan in Dean Smith in the dugout and a boyhood Villa fan Luke Roper making the kits.
Now, all three aren’t part of the club which really does signal an end of an era for the Midlands side.
