The Welsh international is the type of player Leeds need.
Wales’ Lloyd Isgrove
Leeds United appear to have found some form recently, with the loss to Derby County at the weekend something of a fly in the ointment.
But overall they appear to be playing better under manager Garry Monk now and look to have adapted to his plans.

The club did some good business in the summer, with the likes of Pontus Jansson, Kyle Bartley and Eunan O’Kane in particular looking like strong signings.
But they will no doubt wish to have brought in some more attacking threat -especially out wide. With Stuart Dallas injured they put Alex Mowatt wide v Derby at the weekend and he is clearly not a wide operator.
In January then Leeds must be looking for wide recruits – with one Southampton man surely a great option.
Lloyd Isgrove should certainly consider making Leeds his third Yorkshire club by leaving Southampton in January.
The Welsh international, 23, has previously spent time on loan at Sheffield Wednesday and was pivotal to promotion during a spell at Barnsley last season.

Leeds should look to tempt him to the west of Yorkshire, on loan or permanently in the winter.
He can play either left or right and is not getting a look in on the South Coast. His direct style and electric pace would be a welcome addition to the Leeds attacking line-up and would undoubtedly be a key signing if they brought him back up North in the winter.
