Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta was absolutely livid with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this afternoon.
The Chelsea hitman was booked by referee Michael Oliver for a late challenge on Gunners’ right-back Ben White today.
Aubameyang coming up against Arsenal was the major subplot of this Premier League encounter at Stamford Bridge.
After the challenge, Arteta lept around outside his technical area in protest of the Gabon international’s challenge.
Here’s what Sky man Sam Blitz said at Stamford Bridge.

He told Sky Sports: “Arteta was livid at Aubameyang. He jumped right in the air after that foul. More Arsenal chants from the away fans against Aubameyang.”
It’s been subdued opening 45 minutes in West London but Arsenal could and definitely should be ahead.
Gabriel Jesus, without a goal in eight games, spurned a gilt-edged header from a brilliant Gabriel Martinelli cross shortly after Aubameyang went into the book.
The Spanish manager is as animated a figure as anyone in the Premier League and ironically it’s him who needs to relax a little.
Arteta is kicking every ball on the touchline and regularly confronts the fourth official to complain about decisions that went against the Gunners.
It promises to be a fascinating second half.
