Liverpool have made an approach to Ante Coric.

Liverpool have made a move for talented youngster Ante Coric, according to Croatian newspaper Sportske Novoski.
Coric, 19, is a Croatian under-21 international, who e Daily Mail claimed last week is subject of interest from Tottenham Hotspur, who value him at £10 million.
Now Jurgen Klopp has got personally involved to try and swing the deal Liverpool’s way.

Sportske Novoski report that Klopp has made a personal phone call to Coric to tell him of his admiration for his talent, and to invite him to Anfield.
Klopp is said to have put Coric high on his list of transfer targets, keen to swing a deal.
Coric is an attacking midfielder who has a contract until 2020. He would have to compete with Coutinho and Philippe Coutinho for game time at Anfield.

Klopp has already signed one player from Eastern Europe for the Reds, with Marko Grujic of Serbia bought from Red Star Belgrade in January, before being loaned back, where he helped them clinch the title.
