Liverpool's first choice XI: Is this Klopp's best lineup to utilise impressive attacking options?

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has a plethora of options to choose from.

With Liverpool’s injury situation starting to improve, manager Jurgen Klopp’s team selections are about to become increasingly difficult.

The German has a host of options at his disposal, especially with regards to midfielders and attackers, and it is likely that he will frequently rotate his side.

However, it is intriguing to consider what Klopp’s strongest possible side could be.

Simon Mignolet is certainly Klopp’s first-choice goalkeeper, while right-back Nathaniel Clyne will surely re-establish himself in the side once back from injury, with Dejan Lovren, Joel Matip and Alberto Moreno making up the rest of the back four.

In midfield Klopp has some very difficult decisions to make. It seems likely that he will persist with captain Jordan Henderson at the base of the midfield, with Adam Lallana and Philippe Coutinho possibly alongside him.

A front three of Mohamed Salah, who has been superb since joining from Roma, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane would undoubtedly cause a multitude of problems for opposing defenders.

Such a line-up would see Klopp have to leave out players such as Emre Can, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Georginio Wijnaldum, James Milner and Daniel Sturridge, emphasising the vast amount of resources that the club can call upon.
