It has been reported that Solanke wants to work with Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard at Rangers due to his lack of playing time at Anfield.
Reds’ manager Klopp is also open to the 20-year-old striker moving to the Gers on a loan deal, according to the report.
The problem
The only issue, according to The Scottish Sun, is that Liverpool manager Klopp does not want to let Solanke leave until after his three attacking players Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane returned without any problems after the World Cup.
Rangers boss Gerrard reportedly wants the England international striker in his team before the Europa League qualifiers get underway in July.
Quality player
Solanke, who earns £20,000 per week as salary according to Spotrac.com, is a very talented and promising young striker who would be a good signing for Rangers.
With regular playing time, the former Chelsea prospect would be able to score a lot of goals and help the Gers compete for the Scottish Premiership title next season.
