Liverpool went into the break 1-0 down yesterday, but they refused to panic as they claimed the three points.

Liverpool went into the break 1-0 down against Tottenham Hotspur yesterday, after Harry Kane scored in the first minute of the contest.
However, the Reds refused to panic and they had Spurs on the back foot for the majority of the opening 45 minutes.
Tottenham goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga pulled off a number of good saves in the first period, as Spurs clung on to their lead.
And Lovren has revealed that Klopp was in a good mood considering his side were losing at half-time, which is a real rarity.
Lovren said: “We came in at half-time and the boss said: ‘Usually I never say this, but I am satisfied even though we are 1-0 down. But we need to continue like that and keep our nerve.’”
Liverpool did keep going forward and in the end they got their reward for the pressure that they kept Spurs under.

Goals from Jordan Henderson and Mo Salah provided Liverpool with the three points, as they completed a fine comeback.
Liverpool’s win has kept their lead at the top of the Premier League table at six points, with Klopp’s side protecting their unbeaten domestic record this season.
