With Everton interested in Celtic’s Moussa Dembele, Liverpool must react.
Celtic’s Moussa Dembele
Everton have been the big spenders on Merseyside so far this summer despite Liverpool earning Champions League football for next season.
The Toffees have already clinched moves for Jordan Pickford and Davy Klaassen, and more signings are expected to follow.
The Scottish Sun report Everton’s next move is to splash out on Celtic forward Moussa Dembele.

The France under-21 international had a sensational season at Celtic last season, netting 32 goals in all competitions.
The report claims Everton are willing to spend more than £30 million to sign the striker.
Liverpool did not have a direct need for either Pickford or Klaassen, but this is the point at which they must step up to challenge their rivals’ spending spree.
Dembele is a top talent, and showed his scoring talents were not restricted to scoring against Scottish opposition last season, netting a brace against Manchester City in the Champions League.
The Daily Record reported earlier this year that Liverpool are keen on Dembele and had sent scouts to watch him in action.
The 20-year-old is a top talent, has pace, superb technique and a natural eye for goal.
He is an upgrade on Liverpool striker Divock Origi, and does not have injury concerns like Daniel Sturridge or Danny Ings.
If Liverpool allow Dembele to move to Everton, they should begin to get concerned about the Toffees catching them next season.
Capturing the exciting striker for themselves next season will move them a step closer to challenging for the Premier League title.
