Liverpool forward Luis Diaz is the next name to have received interest from Saudi Arabia, with Al Hilal keen on signing the Colombia international.
That’s according to Duncan Castles of the Daily Record, who claims that the Colombian forward is the next name on the list for Al Hilal.
However, in contrast to Al-Ittihad’s attempts to sign Fabinho, Liverpool are unwilling to sell the winger.
Diaz, 26, joined the club back in January 2022 for a fee of £37 million, but it now seems the Saudi Pro League want to add another star name to their ranks in the form of the electric Colombian winger, who has had his fair share of injury issues since moving to Liverpool.
The winger scored four goals and provided two assists in the Premier League and scored one goal in the Champions League for Liverpool last season.
Diaz made an almost immediate impact when he joined the club during the winter window of 2021/2022.
It seemed certain he would make the move to Tottenham, but instead he chose Liverpool.
Liverpool want to keep Luis Diaz
Ever since Cristiano Ronaldo made the move to Al-Nassr, the league has gradually been attracting more and more talent to the country.

First, it was players who were in their 30s who maybe wanted to try something different,
Names like N’Golo Kante and Karim Benzema come to mind.
But, recently, players in their supposed prime have made the move, whether it’s Ruben Neves or former Celtic man Jota, who are both in their mid-20s, making the switch seemingly looking for something different.
Diaz could theoretically make the move but the Anfield club doesn’t seem too keen to part with Diaz, but Record, a Portuguese newspaper, has claimed that Al-Hilal would offer €50 million (£45 million).
That fee would represent a healthy profit for Liverpool, but whether they would countenance a sale without a replacement may well stop this deal from happening.
