There is an argument to be made that Liverpool could do with another dynamic midfielder.

Liverpool do not tend to sign players who are that old.
In our view, Liverpool should not sign former Arsenal ace Ramsey on a permanent contract.
If Juventus are willing to send Ramsey out on loan in the January transfer window with no obligation to buy, then fine.
But no, in our opinion, Liverpool should stay away from a permanent deal.
