As Liverpool ready themselves to face Nottingham Forest, Bobby Clark has been spotted in first-team training.

The 18-year-old, a central midfielder by trade is rightly considered as one of the most promising youngsters at the club.

After Liverpool destroyed Leeds United 6-1 and now aim to get another victory against Nottingham Forest under their belt, Bobby Clark has been pictured in training.

Perhaps one of the biggest indicators of the hype surrounding the teenager is the fact that he has been dubbed as ‘[Stefan] Bajectic 2.0’ by Football Fan Cast, who is already one of the most talented young midfield prospects in Europe.

Blessed with bags of skill, the ability to break lines at will and defensive nous as well, Clark has the potential to become a complete No.8 in the future.

As Liverpool prepare to go toe-to-toe against Nottingham Forest on Saturday, Bobby Clark was seen pressing James Milner in training on Getty Images.

Other images saw the teen talent getting stuck in, as he must be eager to showcase his class to Jurgen Klopp.

HITC View: Bobby Clark could be a long-term solution for the Reds

As has been constantly analysed this season, the Merseyside-based club simply do not have a midfield that can challenge for the biggest honours.

The likes of Fabinho, James Milner and Jordan Henderson have declined significantly while Thiago Alcantara’s injury woes seem like they will never be behind him at any stage of his career.

If Bobby Clark does impress Jurgen Klopp in training for Liverpool ahead of games against Nottingham Forest, for instance, he may well get a chance in the senior team.

While it is still a long shot, Clark’s attributes means he could well be given his big break sooner rather than later based on how he trains.
