Liverpool face Bournemouth in the Premier League clash at Anfield on Wednesday night.
To be played on Wednesday 5th April 2017 at 20:00. Venue: Anfield, Liverpool
Odds: Liverpool 2/5, Draw 7/2, Bournemouth 8/1
Liverpool are unbeaten in their last four games, and are heading into this tie on the back of a moral boosting 3-1 win over derby rivals Everton on Saturday.
The Reds, third in the Premier League, have an easy set of fixtures till the end of the season, and Jurgen Klopp’s side should be looking to end the 2016-17 campaign on a high.
Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho has a shot at goal
Sadio Mane suffered a nasty injury in the Merseyside derby, and the Senegal international could miss the rest of the campaign.
Klopp is also without his skipper Jordan Henderson for this tie, while his fellow national team mate, Adam Lallana, is also nursing a thigh injury.
Daniel Sturridge has returned to training, but he is unlikely to be rushed back into first team action. Divock Origi should start upfront in a 4-3-3 set up, with Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino supporting him from the flanks.
After a disappointing run of form Bournemouth have once again steadied themselves, with Eddie Howe’s side remaining unbeaten in their last four game.
The Cherries have failed to win their last five away games, and getting a positive result from Anfield would be a difficult task.
Tyrone Mings is suspended for this game, while Callum Wilson and Adam Federici are both sidelined. Jack Wilshere could feature in the starting line up replacing Benik Afobe.
