A round-up of the latest transfer news surrounding Liverpool.

Liverpool defeated Crystal Palace 2-0 in the Premier League Asia Trophy this afternoon, and manager Jurgen Klopp may have a new face at the club tomorrow.

After already signing winger Mohamed Salah and striker Dominic Solanke, Liverpool now need to focus on strengthening other areas of their team, with left back a priority given that right-footed midfielder James Milner was forced to play at left back last season.

Now, Sky Sports report that Hull City left back Andrew Robertson is on the verge of a £10million move to Anfield, with the two clubs agreeing a deal today.

Robertson, 23, is reportedly heading for a medical with Liverpool on Thursday, with the Scotland international poised to become Klopp’s third signing of the summer.

It’s also added that Liverpool midfielder Kevin Stewart is set to sign for Hull in a £7.5million deal, though the two deals aren’t reliant on each other.

Elsewhere, German newspaper SportBILD report that Liverpool are interested in signing Werder Bremen striker Maxx Kruse, though face competition from Premier League rivals Chelsea.

Kruse, 29, smashed 15 goals in 29 games for Werder Bremen last season following a move from Wolfsburg last summer, whilst also adding seven assists in an impressive campaign.

Formerly of St Pauli, Freiburg and Borussia Monchengladbach, Kruse has four goals in 14 caps for Germany, and Klopp is believed to be keen on signing him in order to boost his attacking options.
