Liverpool are claimed to be interested in Max Kruse.

Liverpool are reported to hold interest in striker Max Kruse, German outlet Sport1 report.
Kruse is a free agent, although at 31-years-old, he does not fit the type of profile player Liverpool normally sign.
This is due to his age. but on a free transfer, he could be a bargain. Kruse scored 11 goals and provided nine assists last season.
His departure from Bremen comes with his manager’s blessing.
Florian Kohfeldt told Kicker that he hopes Kruse moves abroad.

Kohfeldt said: “I wish him that he finds a club where he can develop and once again brings top performance.
“If he stays in the Bundesliga, he does not necessarily have to hit us well.”
There is likely to be a big market for Kruse in Germany, and he can find a club where he stands a chance of featuring regularly.
There is an obvious attraction to join Liverpool and play in the Champions League, but Kruse would only be a back up at Anfield.
