Liverpool striker bases his game on three of the world’s best, including Tottenham Hotspur star.
Reds striker Divock Origi has been given more opportunities to impress at Anfield this season, and currently finds himself ahead of Daniel Sturridge in the centre-forward pecking order, and the Belgian told the Daily Mail which three strikers in word football he tries to learn from.
The 21-year-old has scored seven goals in 19 appearances for Jürgen Klopp’s men so far this term, and whilst he has undoubtedly impressed with his performances, there is still clearly a lot of work to be done, in order for him to reach his full potential.

And the former Lille hitman explained how he is constantly striving to improve, and highlighted three strikers who he looks to for inspiration in different aspects of the game, during an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail:
“Every striker has qualities. I Look at the aggression of Diego Costa; the runs that Edinson Cavani makes. The finishing of Harry Kane.”

With so much potential, and the humbleness to accept that he can still learn from some of the game’s best, the sky is the limit for Origi.
He still has a long way to go to reach the levels of the three names mentioned, but if he continues to work hard, it will be well within his grasp.
And what a fantastic piece of business the £10 million that Liverpool paid to Lille for Origi could prove to be.
