Andy Robertson has congratulated Calvin Ramsay on his Liverpool debut last night.
The Reds’ summer signing made a three-minute cameo in Tuesday’s Champions League victory over Napoli at Anfield.
This is Ramsay’s first appearance since leaving Aberdeen to join Liverpool this past summer.
On Instagram, the young Scot reflected on his ‘special’ night on Merseyside and revealed that it was a dream come true.
And his compatriot Robertson has sent a three-word response, simply writing: “Love it son.”

Ramsay is still only 19 but he can look forward to many more senior appearances at Liverpool.
This is someone who has a very bright future in football, evident by the fact he was signed by a European powerhouse like the Merseysiders.
It’s important that he bides his time, however.
Ramsay is a predominantly a right-back and say what you like about Trent Alexander-Arnold, but he is word class when it comes to attacking.
And with the England international only being 24 himself, well suffice to say that the former Aberdeen prospect will certainly have to be patient.
Alexander-Arnold won’t be going anywhere anytime soon and with that in mind, perhaps a loan in January could serve Ramsay well.
After all, a year-long spell in the Championship certainly prepared Harvey Elliott for life in the Premier League and who knows, perhaps six months in the second tier would be the making of Ramsay, too.
