Liverpool should consider a move for the Lille winger.

Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp’s lamented his side’s recent run of form on Tuesday night, suggesting that they have lost their mojo, and it could be argued that the German needs to sign another attacker in January, in order to keep his famous front three on their toes.
According to the Sun, Arsenal are eyeing up a £44 million January swoop for Lille winger Nicolas Pepe, and Liverpool should seriously consider joining the Gunners in the race for his signature.
The 23-year-old has been on fire for Lille this season, racking up eight goals and seven assists in 12 Ligue 1 outings thus far.
Pepe can play anywhere along the front-line, although he is most comfortable when operating in the right wing role.
He possesses blistering pace, and plays with a certain kind of directness that would make him ideally suited to playing for Klopp, what with the German’s intense, swashbuckling playing style.

In today’s day and age, £44 million for a player with Pepe’s quality would represent excellent value, and Liverpool should not hesitate to bring the Ivory Coast international to Anfield in January.
Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also reportedly interested in the Lille ace, however, so the Reds would not have things all their own way.
