Liverpool should make a move for Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the summer transfer window.

According to a report in The Sun, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang wants to leave Borussia Dortmund and has handed in a transfer request.
It has been reported that Manchester United, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City all are interested in signing the 27-year-old striker in the summer transfer window, and Liverpool should join the chase.

Aubameyang is one of the best strikers on the planet and is a world-class player, and he would be a stunning signing for the Reds.
Not only would Liverpool be making a statement of intent by signing the Gabon international, but they could also become instant Premier League title contenders.
The former Saint-Etienne star scored 31 goals and provided two assists in 32 Bundesliga appearances for Dortmund this past season, according to WhoScored.

During the 2015-16 campaign, Aubameyang scored 25 goals and created 29 chances in 31 league games for the German club, according to Squawka.com.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp worked with the Gabon international when he was at Dortmund, and he will know all about his quality and calibre.
With United and Chelsea among the clubs (reportedly) interested in signing Aubameyang in the summer transfer window, it would be hard for Liverpool to sign the striker, but if the Reds are serious about challenging for the Premier League title next season and making an impact in the Champions League, then they should do whatever they can to secure the services of the 27-year-old striker.
