The Borussia Dortmund forward is exactly what Liverpool need to reach the next level.

While Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has taken those players not involved in international action to Tenerife for some warm weather training, he is also likely to use the next few days to contemplate potential summer signings.
Liverpool are certainly heading in the right direction under their German boss but there is still a lot of work to be done on the squad, and the first signing the Reds make in the upcoming transfer window could set the tone.
That is why they need to do everything in their power to bring Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Anfield.
The 27-year-old is exactly what Liverpool need to take them to the next level, and if he arrives he is the kind of statement signing that could entice others to follow.
With 30 goals in 33 matches for Dortmund this season, Aubameyang is showing no sign of slowing down, and his total of 110 goals in 176 appearances for the club says all you need to know.
Klopp knows him well and while it would take an almighty bid to secure his signature, it would be money well spent.
Liverpool need to sign a new left-back, a new holding midfielder and an additional centre-back this summer but bringing in the superb striker should be their first act of the window.
