Liverpool have sent a message to Rangers on Twitter after Steven Gerrard led the Gers to the title this season.
Celtic’s goalless draw with Dundee United away from home in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon means that Rangers have won the league title.
The Hoops had won the championship in Scotland for the past nine years, but it is now the Gers who are officially the best team in the country.
Gerrard is a Liverpool legend, and the former England international midfielder has been superb for Rangers since he was appointed the manager of the Ibrox club in the summer of 2018.
Rangers have been very consistent this season and, remarkably, have yet to taste defeat in the league.

Liverpool have congratulated Rangers on their win today, as shown below.
Rangers will still want to keep their unbeaten run going in the Scottish Premiership, but one suspects that manager Gerrard will be more concerned about the Europa League now.
The Gers will face Slavia Prague in the Round of 16, and the Ibrox club will be determined to progress from the tie.
