Liverpool should consider a move for Gareth Bale.

Mention the names Gareth Bale and Liverpool and the Champions League final immediately comes to mind.
Bale’s sensational overhead kick will probably prove to be the peak of his career, and reports claim Real Madrid are keen to sell him this summer [via Marca]
The timing of a Premier League return seems right, and while there should be an attraction for him to return to former club Spurs, the North London side’s strict wage structure will probably prevent it.
Liverpool could afford Bale and a move for the Welshman should be on their radar.
Despite a ‘poor season’ at Real, Bale has still managed to score 13 goals.
His injury issues are over exaggerated, with Bale racking up 34 appearances already this season.

Even if fitness is an issue, Liverpool already have a dynamic attack, with the trio of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah among the best in the world.
Bale wouldn’t necessarily be signing to break that up, but he wouldn’t be a reserve either, and over the course of the season he would have a valuable role to play.
Liverpool’s location may appeal to Bale too, being closer to his family in Wales than a London base, should that factor into his plans.
Bale has three or four seasons at the top left if he returns to England and Liverpool should be looking to benefit from him, rather than fighting against him. Which as they know, can be difficult.
