Liverpool and Arsenal face off for the second time in four days tomorrow night.

After the Reds won the Premier League meeting at Anfield 3-1 on Monday night, Mikel Arteta brings his side to Merseyside in the EFL Cup on Thursday.

The players on show may be a little different if the rotated sides both Arteta and Jurgen Klopp played in the previous round are anything to go by.

How will Klopp line up as he goes in search of a second win over Arsenal within the same week?

Adrian’s only realistic chance of gametime is in the cups and he should play here.

Rhys Williams played at centre half against Lincoln and namesake Neco will also expect to play here.

£12 million (BBC) summer signing Kostas Tsmikas should deputise on the left of defence.

Divock Origi, Takumi Minamino and Xherdan Shaqiri – another surprise starter in the previous round – could play in a front three, with Elliott and Diogo Jota potentially adding thrust off the bench.
