Diogo Jota has told Sky Sports that Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah is not at the level of Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo yet.
Jota plays with Salah for Liverpool and with Ronaldo for the Portugal national football team.
The former Wolverhampton Wanderers star has praised Salah, and has outlined how he is similar to Ronaldo.
Jota has added that he does not think that the Liverpool forward is at the level of Ronaldo yet.
The Liverpool star told Sky Sports: “I think I can put him not yet too similar because I think Ronaldo did it for so long, and he still does, but the same standards, when they are on the field, they are very dangerous, they can score at anytime and obviously that for me is very useful because I can watch and learn from them.”

Can we compare Mo Salah to Cristiano Ronaldo?
Ronaldo is one of the greatest players of all time.
Stats show that the United forward is the greatest goalscorer ever.
Salah is banging in the goals for fun now, and has been doing so for a number of years.
However, in our view, we cannot compare the 29-year-old to Ronaldo.
Ronaldo is 36 now, and he is clearly not at his peak.
Salah is in his prime, and on current form, you would say that the Egyptian is better.
However, when you look at the two players’ careers, you have to say that Ronaldo is better.
Having said that, Salah has time on his hand.
If the former Chelsea attacker continues to score goals for the next seven or eight years and wins league titles and Champions League trophies season after season like Ronaldo has, only then we should make a comparison.
