Liverpool owner’s wife and players react on Twitter to win against Sunderland

Liverpool won against Sunderland at Anfield in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Liverpool owner John W. Henry’s wife, Linda Pizzuti Henry, has taken to social networking site Twitter to give her reaction to the team’s win against Sunderland on Saturday afternoon.

Jurgen Klopp’s side returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over relegation candidates Sunderland at home.

Divock Origi put the Reds in the lead in the 75th minute, and James Milner added the second in the first minute of injury time.

Linda Pizzuti Henry has taken to Twitter to give her reaction to the win for Liverpool at Anfield, and so has a number of players.

The win against Sunderland means that Liverpool are now second in the Premier League table.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have picked up 30 points from 13 matches, a point fewer than leaders Chelsea.

The Reds will return to action on Tuesday evening when they take on Leeds United at Anfield in the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup.

Liverpool are one of the main contenders for the Premier League title this season and could even clinch the championship.
