Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are now favourites to sign Ryan Gravenberch, according to a report.
Journalist Rudy Galetti has told GiveMeSport that Liverpool are now the favourites to sign Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich in the final days of the summer transfer window.
The Italian reporter has claimed that Liverpool are already in contact with Bundesliga champions Bayern.
Liverpool also hold an interest in Khephren Thuram and could move for the 22-year-old Nice and France international midfielder if they are unable to bring 21-year-old Netherlands international midfielder Gravenberch to Anfield.
Liverpool favourites for Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch
Galetti said: “The decisive week for the future of Ryan Gravenberch is about to begin.
“Liverpool are still on his tracks and contact has already started with Bayern Munich.
“But there is so much more to do to arrive at the finish line.
“Anyway, the Reds have other names on the midfielder list as, for example, Khephren Thuram.
“But they remain the favourites in the race for the Dutch player.”

There is speculation that Manchester United are interested in signing Ryan Gravenberch.
So, Galetti saying that Liverpool are the favourites for the £200,000-a-week (The Mirror) midfielder is very encouraging for the Anfield faithful.
The problem that Liverpool could face is that time is running out.
Liverpool have been trying to get a deal done for Gravenberch for a while now.
The summer transfer window will close this week.
And if Bayern are to sell Gravenberch, then it is likely that the Bundesliga champions will want to bring in a replacement for the Netherlands international.
Would Bayern have enough time to do so?
Gravenberch moved to Bayern in the summer of 2022.
The midfielder made three starts and 21 substitute appearances in the Bundesliga and made two starts and four substitute appearances in the UEFA Champions League for the Bavarian giants last season.
Liverpool are aiming to win the Premier League title this season, while Bayern are looking to win the Bundesliga yet again this campaign as well as clinch the UEFA Champions League.
