Rangers are seeing Ovie Ejaria and Ryan Kent thrive at Ibrox.

When Rangers appointed Steven Gerrard as their new manager over the summer, many expected a number of Liverpool talents to make their way to Ibrox on loan.
After all, Gerrard managed Liverpool’s Under-18’s last season, and even fringe first-team talents like Ben Woodburn and Dominic Solanke were tipped for moves to Glasgow.
In the end, Rangers brought in just two players on loan from Liverpool, as midfielder Ovie Ejaria and winger Ryan Kent made the move to ibrox, in what were key moves for the duo.
Ejaria had failed to impress on loan with Sunderland as they were relegated to League One, whilst Kent had barely featured in a loan deal with Bristol City.
Gerrard was trusted with getting the duo back on track, and that’s exactly what has happened, with the pair thriving for Rangers this season.
Ejaria has shown real quality as a playmaker in Gerrard’s 4-3-3 system, whilst Kent has been sensational in recent weeks, providing great displays on the left flank.

With the duo revitalised under Gerrard, Liverpool’s priority when loaning out young players should now be to send them to Rangers, further entrusting Gerrard with the development of top Anfield talents.
The likes of Adam Lewis and Curtis Jones are approaching the age where they may look to go out on loan and play, and having seen Ejaria and Kent star with Rangers lately, the Gers should be the priority for Liverpool in terms of finding temporary homes for their youngsters.
