The Celtic ace is reportedly wanted by Arsenal, but Liverpool should attempt to beat the Londoners to his signature.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will most likely be looking to fine-tune his squad this summer, rather than bring in any world-class stars for massive transfer fees.
One area where the German will want to strengthen is his left-back department, having lost Alberto Moreno on a free transfer this summer.
Andy Robertson has established himself as one of the Premier League’s very best left-backs since moving to Liverpool in the summer of 2017, but he will need strong competition next season, if he is to continue to improve.
And with this in mind, the Reds should challenge Arsenal in the race for Celtic ace Kieran Tierney.
The Sun claimed yesterday that the Gunners have lodged a £17.5 million bid for the 22-year-old, but the Hoops are holding out for closer to £25 million – a fee that should not put off Liverpool.
Having Tierney and Robertson battling it out for the left-back spot at Anfield would put the Reds in a really strong position.
Tierney is an attacking full-back, and contributes just as much in the final third as he does defensively.

And for the price of just £25 million, it seems to be a no lose situation for Liverpool.
Having two of the best attacking left-backs in the game in their squad would put them in a great position from which to end their 29-year wait for a top flight title, and Klopp must do everything he can to bring the Celtic man to Merseyside this summer.
