Say what you will about Liverpool this season, but their young stars are shining bright.
Harvey Elliott has established himself as a key player at Anfield, Fabio Carvalho is looking incredibly bright whenever he plays, while Stefan Bajcetic is also knocking on that first-team door.
However, it’s not just the youngsters at Anfield who are impressing, Liverpool have a few more promising talents out on loan, and one player, in particular, is standing out – Tyler Morton.

The 19-year-old, much like Harvey Elliott, is cutting his teeth at Blackburn Rovers, and after a slow start in Lancashire, Morton is now finding his feet at Ewood Park.
Indeed, Morton has been one of Blackburn’s standout performers in recent weeks, providing no fewer than four key passes against both Watford and Bristol, while he also made four tackles against the Hornets in a truly commanding performance.
Each week, Morton seems to be growing in confidence, and his performances at Championship level have even earned him his first ever England U21s call-up.
As Elliott showed a few years ago, Blackburn is a brilliant club for a young player to grow and develop, and that’s exactly what Morton is doing over at the former Premier League winners.
Of course, Morton and Elliott are very different players, but in terms of their career progression to date, they’re following something of a similar trajectory – even if Morton is behind where Eliott is at the moment.
Morton may well come back to be an asset for Liverpool after a successful loan spell with Blackburn in the same way Elliott did, and that should have every Reds supporter excited.
This 19-year-old is certainly a player to keep an eye on for the remainder of this season as he continues to impress in the second-tier.
