Robbie Fowler was impressed by the ‘class’ gesture which Roma players offered to a hospitalised Liverpool fan on Tuesday.

Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler has hailed the “class” gesture from Roma players on Tuesday.
The Reds are in the Italian capital ahead of Wednesday night’s Champions League semi-final.
Jurgen Klopp’s side thumped the Serie A giants 5-2 at Anfield last week but unsavoury scenes from Roma fans prior to kickoff somewhat marred the win and dominated the headlines.
Sean Cox, a Liverpool fan, was attacked by visiting supporters before the game and suffered a brain bleed which resulted in doctors putting the Irishman into a medically-induced coma

Roma players were photographed wearing t-shirts which read ‘Forza Sean’ in tribute to the 53-year-old – whom doctors had hoped to wake this week – in training on Tuesday, and Fowler was impressed by the gesture.
Getting past Roma tomorrow night would see Klopp’s side progress into the final in Kiev on May 26.
