Liverpool have sent a four-word message to Jordan Henderson on Twitter after his goal for England on Saturday evening.
What’s the story?
Henderson was in action for England in their Euro 2020 quarter-final tie against Ukraine in Rome last night.
The Liverpool midfielder did not start the match, but the 31-year-old came on as a substitute in the 57th minute.
The former Sunderland star scored England’s fourth goal just six minutes later.
Gareth Southgate’s side won the quarter-final tie 4-0 and will now face Denmark in the semi-finals.
Liverpool’s message
Former Premier League champions Liverpool have sent a message to Henderson on Twitter, as shown below.
It is a simple message, but one that sums up how Liverpool fans are feeling about Henderson now.
Important player
Kalvin Phillips and Declan Rice have been superb for England in central midfield at Euro 2020 so far.

The Leeds United and West Ham United stars have been solid in the middle of the park and have formed a strong partnership with each other.
Henderson may not start against Denmark, but, as the Liverpool star showed against Ukraine, he is a very good option to have and can do a wonderful job as a substitute.
