HITC can reveal that a host of English clubs are chasing one of the most talked about players in Scandinavian, Norwegian midfielder Jens Hjerto-Dahl.
The 18-year-old has come through the youth ranks at Tromso and is a Norway youth international.
He broke into Tromso’s starting line-up last year and was quickly recognised as a player of huge potential. His 6ft 4in makes him stand-out as he features in central midfield but can also play a holding role.

Liverpool keen on midfielder Jens Hjerto-Dahl
HITC understands that Liverpool have been aware of Hjerto-Dahl for more than 12-months, but they are not the only English club keen with Aston Villa, Tottenham, Everton, Fulham, Sheffield United and Coventry City all watching him.
HITC can confirm that interest is mounting in the player and clubs have been flocking to watch him in action in the last few months as the Norwegian league was in action.
Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen keen on teenager
We understand that Danish giants Brondby were keen, but it appears his long-term future leis away from Scandinavia.
HITC is told that Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, Stuttgart, Sevilla, Valencia and Monaco have checked on him, but they are not alone with a host of Premier League clubs now closely following him.
It is believed that a number of the interested clubs are considering making a move for Hjerto-Dahl before the window closes this month.
