Liverpool striker Divock Origi has been offered to Inter Milan, according to FC Inter News.

The report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that Origi is one of two strikers who have been proposed to defending Italian champions Inter, Andrea Belotti being the other one.

Origi, who is out of contract at Liverpool at the end of the season, has reportedly decided to leave the Premier League club in the January transfer window.

FC Inter News have reported that Inter, who are aiming to win the Scudetto for the second successive season, have yet to make a decision.

Liverpool should not sell Divock Origi

In our view, Liverpool should not sell Origi in the January transfer window.

The 26-year-old striker may reportedly want to leave now, but letting him go is not in the best interests of Liverpool.

Origi is out of contract at Liverpool at the end of the season, so the Reds are not going to get a massive transfer fee for him now.

Liverpool do need a big squad and manager Jurgen Klopp has to have options.

After all, the Reds are aiming to win the Premier League and the Champions League this season.

Moreover, teams in the Premier League have been affected by coronavirus.
